Belinda Cham

Belinda is a Psychologist currently undertaking her PhD under the supervision of Professor Mark Griffin, Dr. Daniela Andrei and Dr. Sam Huf (Defence Science Technology Group). Belinda’s research examines the changing and dynamic nature of work demands, with a particular interest in how too much or too little work can affect peoples’ wellbeing and performance over time.

In addition to her PhD, Belinda is currently working on a project with the Royal Australian Navy to understand and optimise submariner endurance for the future submarine, from a human systems integration perspective.
