Jack Hodge

Jack completed his Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at Flinders University in 2016.  He began his Masters degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology in February 2017, before transitioning into the combined Masters/PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the start of 2018. His research is supervised by Dr. Florian Klonek, Dr. Lisette Kanse, Dr. Sharon Parker, and Dr. Olexander Chernyshenko. Jack is primarily interested in the "lay theories" that shape how people design work for others, and how we can change the way people design work through experiential training programs.
