About the Event
Having realised the benefits of flexible working during the COVID lockdown, organisations are increasing their level of flexible working. But there are challenges with this form of working, and it can be hard to get right. How do we ensure we preserve the benefits of flexible working whilst reducing its risks into the future?
You are invited to a casual lunch where Curtin University’s Centre for Transformative Work Design (CTWD) will:
Showcase their newly-developed guidance to help individuals, teams, and leaders best manage flexible working so they can thrive at work.
Share insights from their world-leading longitudinal study of people working at home during COVID.
Update you on the latest Thrive at Work development, an exciting online assessment platform.
Please join us to hear about these initiatives and for an opportunity to talk to CTWD staff about them in more detail.
* The Future of Work Institute and its Centre for Transformative Work Design would like to acknowledge the funding provided by the Western Australian Government and the Australian Research Council that supported our research into people working from home and the creation of evidenced-based resources.
