Part of Future of Work Institute’s Thursday Seminar Series

The Consumer Research Lab (CRL) specialises in the use of consumer biometrics and digital innovations to conduct consumer and market research. Specially, it uses biometric measures such as eye tracking, facial expression, and brainwave analyses to track consumers’ feelings, thoughts, and experience in a second-by-second and element-by-element manner. Combined this with immersive technologies, digital analytics, and behavioural tracking innovations, the CRL has collaborated with many industry partners including HBF, Lotterywest, RAC, Redbull, and SOHO Global Health (Indonesia) amongst others.

In this presentation, the CRL will present recent application of psychophysiological methodologies in a range of research areas. These include the optimisation of advertising assets, safety communication, website / app usability, tourism experience, game design, training simulations, learning innovations and human-AI interaction.
