Inaugural Thrive at Work in Mining Masterclass Cohort Celebration and Thrive at Work in Mining Toolkits Launch
Join us in celebrating the achievements of the first cohort of Masterclass participants and learn more about our new toolkits, designed to help mining companies to adopt a holistic and integrated approach to support mental well-being in the workplace.
Following the launch event, we invite you to network with our Masterclass participants, representatives from MARS program co-partners and various industry bodies.
Afternoon tea will be provided. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at registration.

About the Thrive in Mining Masterclass Series
As part of the State Government’s Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) program, the Future of Work institute have delivered a 5-day Masterclass Series for the mining industry to support companies at various stages of their journey towards building a mentally healthy workplace. During the series, leaders from related disciplines representing 19 mining companies learned about the Thrive at Work Framework and how mining workplaces can support all employees to get well, stay well and be the best they can be.
Three customised toolkits have been developed in consultation with the participants during the series to provide practical support to mature mental health and wellbeing strategies and initiatives.
