About the report

This report presents the findings from the evaluation of the ‘Ascent’ Leadership Program that was designed and delivered by the CEPAR research team with the aim of developing and empowering leaders to manage the challenges and opportunities associated with an ageing and more age-diverse workforce by applying the Include, Individualise and Integrate (“3I”) strategies and behaviours.
