The Future of Work Institute are looking to recruit high calibre domestic and international PhD students who:
Have a background in organisational psychology/ organisational behaviour, or a closely related area such as cognitive, health or social psychology;
Are residents in Perth WA, or will be prepared to move to Perth for the duration of their candidature
Our Research Projects include: To use or not to use financial incentives to motivate employees Human capability and the control room of the future Personnel Selection in the Digital Age – the Candidate Experience
