FOWI Research Fellow Zitong Sheng was recently recognised for her research by the Journal of Business and Psychology (JBP)!

Zitong's co-authored paper "Extending Situational Strength Theory to Account for Situation-Outcome Mismatch" received a 2020 Editor Commendation from the editors of JBP. With over 1000 papers submitted to JBP, only 11 received this distinction.

Her research proposes an extended version of situational strength theory, and argues situational strength should be assessed separately for each major domain of job performance.

Journal of Business and Psychology is a top journal in organisational behaviour management, applied psychology, and business.

The paper can be found here.
